ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಬಳಿಕ ನಾನು ಬೇಗನೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನೆರವಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಚಿಂತಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಆಗ ನನಗೆ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಬಂದದ್ದು ಪಿ.ಜಿ.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ. ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜೆಂಟ್ (Hotel Management) ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕಲಿತೆ. ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ರಾಜು ಎನ್ ಕದಂ ಸರ್ ಅವರು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆದರೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುವವರೆಗೂ ಕೈ ಬಿಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ತಾಜ್ (TAJ)ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಈಗ ನಾನು ದ ಪೇಸ್ಟ್ರಿ (The Pastry) ಎಂಬ ಕಂಪನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ Kitchen HOD (CDC) ಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಈಗ ತಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 40,000/- ಸಂಬಳ ಸಿಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ನೆರವಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಕನಸನ್ನು ನನಸು ಮಾಡಿದ, ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ರಾಜು ಕದಂ ಸರ್ ಗೆ ನಾನೆಂದು ಚಿರಋಣಿ.
